Data controller
Personal data is processed by Padex acting as data controller. The contact details of the data controller appear in the summary at the end of this page.
This text has been prepared under Article 10 of Law number 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. The rights listed in Article 11 of the Law are set out separately below.
Personal data processed
Personal data is collected on this site only through the quote request form. Full name and phone number are required in the form; e-mail address, city and project note are optional.
When the form is sent, the court system of interest and the number of courts are also recorded. If the cost calculator has been used, its summary is attached to the form and appears in the request record.
To prevent misuse of the form, the IP address is hashed and held temporarily. That record is used only to limit the number of requests, is not added to the request record and is deleted automatically when it expires.
Purposes of processing
The data collected is processed to schedule the site survey, to prepare a written quote and to communicate with the person making the request.
The data is not used to build a marketing list, to carry out profiling or to sell to third parties. No processing producing a result through automated decision making is carried out.
Method of collection and legal basis
Data is collected only in electronic form, through the form on this website and on the declaration of the data subject.
The legal basis for processing rests on two grounds regulated in Article 5 of the Law. Those grounds are explicit consent and direct relation to the establishment or performance of a contract. Explicit consent is requested before the form is sent.
Transfer
The request record is stored on the server hosting this site and the notification e-mail is delivered through the mail server of the same provider.
Beyond that, no transfer is made to third parties inside or outside Turkey. Information may be provided to authorised public bodies on request, within obligations arising from legislation.
Retention period
Request records are retained, once the quotation process has concluded, for the period required by the commercial relationship. At the end of that period the records are deleted or destroyed.
Where a deletion request is received, the record is deleted without delay unless a retention obligation arises from legislation.
Rights of the data subject
Under Article 11 of the Law, a person whose personal data is processed holds the rights below. Those rights may be exercised by written application to the e-mail address in the summary.
The right to learn whether personal data is processed, to request information where it has been processed, and to learn the purpose of processing is held.
The right to know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred inside or outside Turkey is held.
Where the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, the right to request its correction is held. Deletion or destruction may also be requested under the conditions set out in the Law.
The right to request that correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred is held.
Where an adverse result arises from analysis of the processed data solely by automated systems, the right to object to that result is held.
Where loss is suffered because of unlawful processing, the right to claim compensation for that loss is held.
Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest. Where the application requires additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Board may be charged.
